One-on-one training sessions are designed to give you that extra push to help you achieve your goals whilst also improving your confidence, emotional well-being and quality of everyday life. Working privately with a trainer ensures you get 100% focus during your sessions as well as progressive and, personalised programmes. There is also nowhere to hide!
No two training sessions are the same and every week the exercise intensity will increase in relation to your fitness levels. At the beginning of every 10 sessions, you will undergo comprehensive fitness evaluations which enable us to help design future sessions, monitor progress and ensure exercises are appropriate and safe.
