School and College Fit For Sport
Even at secondary school level, sport specific fitness plays an enormous part in how successful a team will be. Imprinting replicated movements which you find on the sports field will develop the body and mind to react quicker and more efficiently during competition.

Contrary to common belief, correct, appropriate exercise for teens will not stunt growth but improve all aspects of fitness. Improvements can be made in the following areas.

• Cardio vascular fitness

• Muscular endurance

• Power

• Speed and agility

• Balance and coordination

• Reaction

• Team work

I offer strength and conditioning, nutritional advice and sports psychology counselling but am also available to provide event support.

I can provide my services to individual teams (i.e. Year 10 boys rugby team) or if required to the school / college in general.
